WAIHEKE TO WELLINGTON

This month Bikes and Barbers are cycling from Waiheke to Wellington, the primary driver behind the ride, getting to Wellington and making our concerns know to the politicians who are about to consider the Zero Carbon Bill.

In the first week the team have made amazing progress covering at least 530km from Auckland through to Mangakino in the South Waikato. Kaitiaki is always on the lookout for a good story.

ORGANIC WEEK LUNCHTIME BIKING BEE

Bikes and Barbers have very kindly donated 15 bikes in support of "For The Love Of Bees"(FTLOB) Get on your bike and ride with us to celebrate Organic Week Aotearoa on Tuesday, April 30th and Thursday, May 2nd.

This is a collaboration between FTLOB and Auckland’s organic business community to provide Aucklanders with an opportunity to experience our community gardens from a ‘bees-eye perspective’ while also visiting an organic, fairtrade, carbon neutral coffee roaster. Free organic lunch included.
